Running is great. I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone regardless of age, gender, weight, size, favourite colour etc. because it’s fun, easy and the best anti-depressant never invented. However, I appreciate that starting running from scratch can be overwhelming and not knowing where to start can be the biggest barrier to actually starting.
Help is at hand. My friend Bangs has written “The Badass Woman’s Guide to Running”, an ebook filled with guidance and advice for women new to running. Having gone from non-runner to marathon runner in a year, Bangs knows a thing or two about hitting the ground running (I know, I’m too funny) and her endless enthusiasm for the sport is infectious.
You can find the ebook over on Spikes and Heels, where you’ll also find loads of other cool sweaty stuff too.
